Warning about betraying[]
If you complete the first quest, On Her Majesty's Secret Service/On The Overlord's Secret Service, and then betray to Qeynos or Freeport before completing Learning from the Crystal for Murrar/Learning from the Crystal you will be UNABLE to finish this quest as Murrar Shar or Tayil N'Velex will refuse to talk to you. Completing the first quest will flag you to talk to the NPC of the alignment that you cooperated with on the prior quest, and thus neither NPCs will update the latter quest for you.
- UPDATE & WARNING for Varsoon Server (2023-Jan): Petition will not work. The GM will tell you to betray back to finish this quest. You may be required to buy another Betrayal Token, or go through the whole betrayal process.
