Suggested order for cataloging (if picked up in Aetherscar). If you picked up the quest elsewhere, start with the area nearest you and loop through the list.
There is a 5-minute extension for the final step. The final creature is vaguely described, but will be a regular named found in the area highlighted in blue on your map. Catalogue the creature, then kill it.
Note: Kill changes location depending on pickup location.
