Steps

1. Find and speak to Chirok Starwhisper on the opposite side of Prisoner's Isle. You will have to avoid heroic mobs to get there.
2. Slay Blacktalon guards (level 65) until you get a uncommon quest update.
3. Speak to Chirok Starwhisper again to set him free.
4. Return to Ahnjun Sprywing for your reward.
