- To spawn him, clear all the Coldwind zombies from the general area, and eventually a level 17 zombie (they're otherwise level 15-16) will spawn. Kill it, and Chief Keizall may spawn. As of May 2017 he is still heroic, so unless you're overleveled you'll probably need a merc.
