   • 25 silvered fleck from flecked mass
   • 10 reef cluster from coalesced reef
   • 10 dewpalm lumber from fallen dewpalm branch
2. Scribe Recipe Scroll: Loaded Dice and craft Loaded Dice on a Work Bench.
3. Speak to Oectiun at ( 71, -20, -74 ) Copy/waypoint 71.31, -20.10, -73.67 in the Myrist Conservatory.

3. Speak to U'Vaevis at ( 190, 15, 28 ) Copy/waypoint 190, 15, 28 in Myrist, the Great Library 2nd Floor.
