You must quickly proceed to the Drudge Caves in Old Kael near the Grand Rallosian Area and release several of the abused Thrael'Gorr from their captors.
Steps[]
1. Travel to the Drudge Caves and release the abused Thrael'Gorr. They are located near the tents in the zone. When you approach "a vicious Duhjhalm sentinel" will aggro and attack you. Talk to "an abused Thrael'Gorr".
