Steps

Hail Corrith Midner to get the quest and the illusion form of Allu'thoa
Go to Allu'thoa religious ceremony site at -1,110.32, 64.18, 723.36 (-1,103.68, 64.11, 717.19) and hail the Thoa Diviner.
Use the item Jar of pickling brime once the conversation with the Thoa Diviner on the coversation is over
Now all the mobs will attack you. Kill them to get the update (This is group part. Can be done easily with a mercenary)
Once all the updates are receieved, Go to Corrith Midner for turning in the quest for reward.
