Status bonuses granted by the server are not included on items sold to merchants. FABLED, Expedience NO-TRADE,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: 400 Potency +50,000 Ability Mod Expedient Strike Item Type Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged Slot Type Orange Adornment Slot Level 110 (Tier 12) Effects: When Equipped: On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 15% chance to cast Expedient Strike on target of spell. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Inflicts 11,224 crushing damage on target. Increases Weapon Damage of caster by 70.0. Increases Weapon Damage Overcap of caster by 50.0. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 10.0 - 15.0 seconds.
