Talk: Tier 3 Adornments

Added a table to Tier 3 Adornments. I'm not real savvy on the whole wikimarkup, so there is probably someway to make all this adornment information into a template and generate some information automatically. Somebody else could probably do a better job at layout, also. I'm up for any suggestions. I also have yet to include all the weapon adorns, as I've run out of time for now.
