They make their home in Freeport where they are free to delve into arts that are forbidden in most societies. As revealed by Pallasa Rargon in the Lavastorm Timeline, the Academy of Arcane Science formed from of an ancient order of magic users who worshiped Solusek Ro, alongside many other current magical organizations.
