  • +13.5 DPS, Pary 4.5% of incoming attacks
  • Disappears after 10min

• Blessing of Xegony - Fae and Arasai spell
  • Increases your ground speed by 65%
  • Increases your airspeed by 150%

Note: the bracelet was decided to be put here because the 'mount' portion is a spell effect, but the item its self it not explicitly in the game for mount purpose (like the whistles)
