Since LU33, Named Monsters in Deathfist Citadel have a chance to drop special Common and Rare Deathfist Armor Plans. These armor plans may be used by Armorers at the Blood Iron Forge to create Deathfist Orc armor sets listed below The Common plans contain recipes for armor for feet, hands and head.
