1. Ask around to find out if anyone has seen Captain Ethan.
   • Check with Catha.
   • Check with Baelfang.
   • Check with Taldar.
   • Speak with Myrianna ( -313, 15, 9 ) next to the engraved desk.
2. Find a way to the Vesspyr Isles.
   • Use the Obol Plains druid ring to zone.
   • Alternately, use the Dragon Circle in the Great Divide if you are under level 92 and have not completed the access quest for Obol Plains.
   • The quest may not update if you traveled to Vesspyr Isles by any other method.
     • Update: 01/20/2014 - Quest did update when traveling to VI via guild druid portal.
3. Search for signs of where Ethan went.
   • Talk to Roy at ( 169, 188, -151 ) Copy/waypoint 169, 188, -151 (Falinpol upper level)
   • Talk to Claudia at ( 153, 157, -163 ) Copy/waypoint 153, 157, -163 (Falinpol lower level)
4. Find Vesspyr Willows for Claudia.
