What does this information mean?

A dhalgar historian by the name of Dhalkuhm has been recording the events leading up to and surrounding the Aberrant siege of the city. He has devised a magical way of capturing an image onto canvas, and has asked for my help.

Steps

   5. Blightstone Barrens ( 782, 108, -494 ) Copy/waypoint 781.86, 108.46, -493.64 
   6. Penumbra Expansion ( 507, 62, -627 ) Copy/waypoint 507.25, 62.40, -626.72 
3. Return to Dalkuhm.
