Kill 5 fishing stonestalker by the Myhst River near ( -232, 16, 219 ) Copy/waypoint -232, 16, 219.
- Receive a bunch of messy stelecat kidney stones after the last kill.
Clean a bunch of messy stelecat kidney stones in the Drukyna Marsh near ( -854, -55, 32 ) Copy/waypoint -854, -55, 32.
Return to Izle Tot.

You will have to do this quest and The Missing Heart Leaves Another Hole 3 or 4 times to get your faction to -2000 or higher at which point she will stop offering the two quests
