What does this information mean?

Prerequisites

• You must be at least level 65.
• You must be able to speak Draconic.

Notes

• Selek will not initially have a quest feather above his head. You must converse with him on your ability to speak his language (Draconic). After this, a feather will appear, and you can take the quest.
• Although the quest shows as sharable, speaking with Selek is a prerequisite. In practical terms, it means you will not be able to share the quest with someone else.
