Bring the jumjum back to Rukir.
Rukir sends you back into The Tower of the Drafling to talk to the Drafling himself. He is not there, but you get a quest update as you enter The Queen's View at ( 478, 34, -28 ) Copy/waypoint 478, 34, -28.
Return to Rukir to inform him that the Drafling wasn't in his tower.
Kill Asajj An'duuth's and her entourage outside Rukir's tree stump. ( -805, -7, -257 ) Copy/waypoint -805, -7, -257
Asajj is a 44^^^-46^^^ inquisitor that heals her encounter. Her entourage includes two wicked assassins (44-46H assassins), and two corrupted attendants (44-46H defilers) that also heal.
Report back to Rukir, who will send you to deliver some vegetables to Franny in the back room of the second floor of The Fools Gold at ( -81, -14, -25 ) Copy/waypoint -81, -14, -25. (Turn around when you go through the door at the top of the stairs)

As of an unknown patch this step became a group update.
After the poisoned vegetables cause Franny to fall ill, go question Rukir.
Rukir will turn hostile and attack you. Kill him to complete the quest.
