Butcherblock Mountains is the rocky home of the dwarves and their great underground fortress Kaladim. During The Age of Cataclysms the dwarves lost access to Kaladim and it was taken over by bugbears and kobolds. Recently, the bugbears and kobolds have spilled out of Kaladim onto the terraced surface that makes up Butcherblock's landscape. In this timeline you will assist the Irontoe Brigade, a faction of dwarves seeking to reclaim Kaladim, in quelling the bugbear/kobold threat, as well as help many other characters that have recently arrived to Butcherblock.

While you can start at any quest hub, it's best to begin at Butcherblock Docks. New players - make sure to pick up the quest Leaping to Conclusions asap, as this will reward you with a fast and high-leaping mount: Scaled Mountain Saliraptor!
