FABLED HEIRLOOM,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: Building Furor Item Type Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged Slot Type Blue Adornment Slot Level 123 (Tier 13) Effects: When Equipped: When any damage is received this spell has a 20% chance to cast Building Furor on target. Lasts for 45.0 seconds. This effect increments up to 10 times. Increases STA of caster by 1,211.1, multiplied by increment stacks. Increases Flurry of Caster by 8.2, if at least 2 increments multiplied by increment stacks. Increases Flurry Multiplier of caster by 0.4, if at least 4 increments multiplied by increment stacks. Increases Fervor of caster by 8.1, if at least 6 increments multiplied by increment stacks. Dispels when combat ends. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 15.0 - 30.0 seconds.
