Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Increases Crit Bonus of caster by 339.9. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 20.0 - 30.0 seconds. Increases Block Chance of caster by 42.5%. Caster will Dodge 3.5% of incoming attacks. Cannot be modified except by direct means
