Steps

1. Kill 3 old dragoons.
   • The skulls on the shelves that line the walls of the instance become clickable. You will be given three names of random skulls to examine. Upon examination a named mob will spawns. Examples are: Dragoon B'Lavin, Dragoon Nezzka, Dragoon N'Xry.
   • Make sure everyone in your group has completed this step before proceeding.
2. Return to the Keeper of the Chamber. He will become aggressive; kill him and slip through the door right away.
   • Warning: Immediately enter the door once it opens. If you wait too long to enter (~10 seconds), the door will close and lock preventing completion of the instance.
