FABLED HEIRLOOM,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: Brass Reaction Item Type Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged Slot Type Blue Adornment Slot Level 123 (Tier 13) Effects: When Equipped: When any damage is received this spell has a 8% chance to cast Brass Reaction on target's attacker. Lasts for 2.0 seconds. Increases physical damage done to target by 5%. This spell will absorb a total of 10 attacks. Stuns target Epic targets gain an immunity to Stun effects of 6.0 seconds and duration is reduced to 0.7 seconds. Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 144. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 30.0 - 90.0 seconds.
