This is the SECOND page a wizard has to loot to advance the Quest "Of Fire and Ice : A Codex in Crisis". It is dropped by Gorowyn Taged mobs INSIDE the main door of the Palace. By the Gorowyn mobs at Hall and the two rooms upstairs left and right. Not from mobs further inside the palace (downstairs and further inside).
