Collect 6 lost bottles of wine. They are located in The Main Ballroom. Fast respawn time. The bottles are greyish transparent, so a bit hard to see, but once you found one, the others will be much easier to recognize.
Use the Empty Wine Crate in your inventory to get Crate of Wine.
Return to Gaivin Sostner.
Return to Taechun Welby.

After you turn in the quest, he gives you directions to a secret passageway, but not a quest.
