This quest begins a series of quests starting with Lilly Ironforge, found at The Jewel Box in North Qeynos. At the same time, you will receive a letter in the mail from Queen Antonia, summoning you to the castle. After you speak with the Queen, it begin the quest The Price of the Crown. These two quest lines run in parallel with one another, and eventually converge with the quest The Eyes Have It.
It does not matter who's quests you do first, Lilly Ironforge's or Queen Antonia's, but you will need to complete both series of quests to proceed further into the quest timeline.
