Steps

1. Collect 3 Infused Pox Powers
   • These are rare body drops from trash mobs in Splendor Sky Aerie that will show quest indicator by their name. (bears have a decent drop rate)
   • These are group updates
   • You will spend on average 15 minutes getting to and collecting shards
2. Afterwards you take those shards to a shrine in Antonica shrine spawns in random spot in that zone.
   • Notes:
     • This is NOT a group update.
     • One person clicking the altar will cause the altar to disappear and reappear in another location
     • It is not clear if there is only ever one altar in the zone that is moved by other groups
     • It may be possible to click simultaneously to get a group update
     • You may spend as much as 30 minutes tracking down an altar to click
