Side-quest Forced Reduction in Force also requires mobs in Zimara Breadth: Razing the Razelands [Solo], but is not offered until this quest is complete. However, if you can avoid killing 12 undead aviak slaves and 3 controlled downtroddens you should be able to return to the same instance to complete the second quest.

Kill the instruments of battle
Defeat the unidentified caster behind the instrumental entity.
Kill Eaglovok ( -388, 124, -648 ) Copy/waypoint -388.05, 123.92, -648.42 to gain access to the next area

Teleport to Helionae Razelands using the crystals at ( -336, 124, -648 ) Copy/waypoint -336.40, 124.23, -648.05.

Kill a risen warbler in the path to the next area, ( -184, 114, -177 ) Copy/waypoint -184.31, 113.64, -176.95 ( this will update the quest and gives you Aviak Flageolet)
There is a name in the Helionae Razelands area (Gilded Back Demolisher); you don't have to kill it to progress, but might as well (knockback & stun).
Seek Miranna Ameema in Zenith Helionae at ( 11, 156, 77 ) Copy/waypoint 11.11, 156.30, 76.94(she is inside the solo and near the marble gazebo structures), she will give you Aviak Flageolet
