   2. Earning Your Talons
   3. Screeching with Sang'Huuu Scouts
   • NOTE: If you completed the prerequisite quests before being on this step of Parliamentary Procedures, look for a green sparkly near Jabber to gather.
4. Enter the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers ( 313, 305, 997 ) Copy/waypoint 312.84, 305.13, 997.11
5. Speak to Kindellan the Elder ( -835, 72, 542 ) Copy/waypoint -834.55, 71.58, 541.64 and Fullplume the Elder.
6. Exit the Sang'Huuu Parliament Chambers.
7. Return to Miranna Ameema.
