This is a continously repeatable quest without a lockout timer.
With sufficient faction there are house items, plushies and mounts to be purchased in the The Sinking Sands from the Nomads of Ro merchant Banti ( -1233, -215, -300 ) Copy/waypoint -1232.78, -214.69, -299.69.
Faction can be tracked under the 'Deserts of Ro' as 'Nomads of Ro'.

Click the Tailor's Crates by Shashu to receive the recipe (auto-scribes).
Sunshard Quartz is gathered from Sand Mounds (not trackable) on the beach in Sinking Sands. Not every mound will have a shard, but when they do, they yield 3 sunshards. You may have to zoom in your camera view tighter to see the shards. Check for mounds around:
Craft 6 of the requested item (either camel saddlebags or leather waterskins). The top tier of the combine yields two, so three combines will finish this step. There is a sewing table near the Sinking Sands dock at ( -1444, -225, -428 ) Copy/waypoint -1444, -225, -428. Each combine will use:
