For characters of Good-alignment is is recommend to start the series of quests offered by Rask Helstot in The Elddar Grove at the same time.
For the solo instance Invasion of the Vale there is a 3hr 45min lockout timer.

Enter the solo instance Invasion of the Vale, located in Antonica at The Shattered Vale ( -2340, 0, -60 ) Copy/waypoint -2340, 0, -60.
- Note: Though not zone-wide zone-in, group members on same step of this quest can zone in together by manually selecting Invasion of the Vale.
Complete the ring event at the druid ring by doing the following:
1. Slay the Black Magi visionaries (level 17-18) surrounding the druid ring
2. Slay the Black Magi elders (level 19) standing within the druid ring
3. Slay the Portal Abhorrent (level 20^) that spawns in the center of the druid ring.
4. Slay the Portal Atrocity (level 20^) that spawns in the center of the druid ring.
5. Slay the Portal Abomination (level 20^) that spawns in the center of the druid ring.
A minute or two after you complete the ring event, A Windstalker grizzly will spawn towards the front of the instance and begin roaming slowly around the zone. Slay him to advance the quest.
Return to Hartok to receive your reward.
