Ascendancy II This item can be sold to certain NPCs for status. Selling it also earns guild status if your guild is below level 100. Status bonuses granted by the server are not included on items sold to merchants. LEGENDARY Adds the following to an item: Item Type Cloak,  Waist,  Charm Slot Type Yellow Adornment Slot Level 92 (Tier 10) Effects: When Equipped: Increases INT, STR and AGI of Caster by 25.0 Increases WIS of caster by 26.2 Increases Potency of caster by 4.5% Will not stack with any rank or tier of itself

Obtain: In yellow slots of gear dropped in COE Solo/Heroic instances
