Steps

1. Collect the following items from the Enlightenment Aviary, the floor above where the quest starter is.
   • Inanimate rubble (ground spawn).
   • Invoker scroll, auto-update from killing a Bloodscale invoker ( -165, 132, 37 ) Copy/waypoint -165, 132, 37 - part of the ring event to summon the green dragon.
   • Animating powder (ground spawn).
2. Use A Defensive Summoning Scroll from your inventory. This summons a weak animated barrier, level 10vvv.
3. Bring the information to Gaer Torrent in The Barren Sky on The Whisperwind Isle, near the teleporter to Norrath. ( -578, -46, -386 ) Copy/waypoint -578.37, -46.41, -386.06
