What does this information mean?
This mob is one of three possible named that have a chance to spawn near the front entrance to the Fountain of Life. To attempt to spawn this mob, clear the mobs at the base of the temple, then travel up the ramps past the epic x4 lion guards, and clear all 5 encounters on the first level (this includes 3 in the center of the level and one to each side of the entrance). A second wave of monsters will spawn, which must be cleared, and then this mob or Laith the Ravager or Izur the Aegis might spawn.
