The four Hounds of War manifestations I found on the dais within Siege Valley must be the anchors of Drunder. We can't allow the Plane of War to have a physical connection to Norrath, I've decided to destroy each of the Icons of War, and then slay the corresponding Scourge orcs gaining power from them.

To destroy the anchors, stand near them (practically on-top of them, or it says you can't see your target!), target the anchor, and attack it.
Fair warning, this quest gets tedious and repetitive, since each slaying-step after you destroy and anchor re-kills the same pops as the previous rounds, and you have to wait for them to re-populate in the middle of each round in order to get all 8 required kills.
Steps[]
Destroy the Momentum Anchor at the top of the Well platform. Go to the botttom of the Well - either walk down the spiraling ledge, or fly down if you can.
Destroy the Momentum Icon of War ( 316, 8, -121 ) Copy/waypoint 316.38, 7.90, -120.91.
Kill 8 Scourge warmages and Scourge summoners. These are all around the Zek zone, but some will pop around the Well's elevator entrance and within the three small tunnel systems leading off the Well's bottom. You may have to hang out until they re-pop once to get the full 8.
Destroy the Weaknesses and Strengths Anchor at the top of the Well platform. Go to the botttom of the Well - either walk down the spiraling ledge, or fly down if you can.

Destroy the Intelligence Anchor at the top of the Well platform. Go to the botttom of the Well - either walk down the spiraling ledge, or fly down if you can.
Kill 8 Scourge lookouts and Scourge lackeys. These roam around in the Tallon Field, Breakneck Acre, and Scourge Valley. The Lackeys are part of a 3-NPC group that is led by a mounted Scourge Sweeper. The Lookouts are solos.
