The Herald of Anashti Sul has informed me that summoning an Avatar requires the land to be attuned to their element. To achieve this, altars have been set up around the region, but they need to be supplied with power. I have been asked to assist with this by collecting objects infused with the essence of slain foes and offer them to an altar.
- Collect and use the following
- Collect corrupted peacock feathers 0/3 (random body drop from mobs in Aether Wroughtlands)
- Use the corrupted peacock feathers and empower an altar. Random spawn in The Sinking Sands, its yellow sparkles visible far away, possible locations of altar
- ( -2081, -230, 657 ) on Onerock Isle
- ( -2078, -156, 40 ) on the plateau just below the avatar's camp
- ( -1867, -167, -276 ) on Hullcrusher Rock island, in front of the named siren
