What race these things are is unclear. They're made of bones, use Golem racial abilities but aren't vulnerable to any Mastery attacks. They drop coin instead of loot and so can't be identified that way.
From a distance these look like whirling black dust devils. When you get close to them, they look like a whirling mass of skeleton bones.
