- Find clues in the Halls of War. Inspect both of the following:
- A tablet of runes: ( 224, 30, 344 )
- A tablet of runes: ( 82, 31, 504 )
- Kill 6 Anuk' Sul chancellors located all around the Halls of War.
- Go to the 'Serpent of Rhonen'Fyr'. ( 141, 15, 299 )
- Inspect a ceremonial weapons rack. ( 214, 0, 395 )
- Slay the following monsters, in any order:
- 3 consuls of war
- 5 emissaries of war ( 70, 7, 414 ) . Unfortunately, there are only three of this mob and they are on a 5-10 minute respawn timer.
- Reinspect the ceremonial weapons rack.
- Inspect the Rune of Arbo (5 minute respawn) at ( 149, 0, 365 ) . If Rune Master Arbolis is not up, click on the weapon rack again to spawn him and he will place the Rune of Arbo on the ground.
