Steps

1. Count Jooliin gives you a codex addendum
2. Find Royal Messenger Kalmath Gusinga who travels between the Fae Court and The Village of Panderpana and give him the codex.
   • Kalmath Gusinga will offer the optional quest A Messenger's Task.
3. Return to Count Jooliin
