Starting the Quest
- Speak to Emma Torque in the Caves. (-20, -40)
- Must have completed the quest A Lack of Information.
Steps
- Harvest 15 powdered minerals. These are random nodes that spawn throughout the zone, but particularly on the second floor.
- Return to Emma Torque for your reward.
You may now continue with the quest Destroying the Foundation

- Completing this quest gives good faction with Qeynos Guard
