Go to the Deliberation Chamber ( -169, 86, -21 ) Copy/waypoint -169, 86, -21 on the fourth floor, climb the ladder to the Nest of the Overseers, go to ( -168, 110, -32 ) Copy/waypoint -168, 110, -32, look down and inspect 'a watchful dragon bust'.
Hunt for gold feathers on avian felines:
Go to the Oratory of Naar'Yora ( 0, 111, 0 ) Copy/waypoint 0, 111, 0 on the fifth floor and kill the sphinxes in this area for an uncommon update. Unfortunately, there are only three spawns.
Return to The Great Aviary and place a feather on each of the aviak statues directly next to the dragon head 'Aaryonar, The Watcher' (quest starter):
Each philosopher spawn is tied to a specific tome, so you will need to kill each of the four spawns in the four different alcoves, i.e. you just can't kill any four philosophers. The philosophers also share a spawn with groups of Naar'Yora defenders, so it can take a while to get the philosopher that you need to spawn. They have ~10-minute respawn.
Place the four tomes back on their respective bookshelves. These are the bookshelves located in the same alcoves that you killed the Naar'Yora philosophers in.
Locate the twenty Aaryonar Heart Gems in gem beds throughout the Palace. Gem beds are the white chair-like sculptures with gems on them that are strewn about the dungeon. Only the gem beds with one arm will update the quest, those with two will not. Starting from the Great Aviary:
Return to the dragon head 'Aaryonar, The Watcher' (quest starter) in the Great Aviary at ( -43, 142, 43 ) Copy/waypoint -43, 142, 43.
Go up one level to The King's Roost and step onto the blue floor pattern at ( 27, 162, 2 ) Copy/waypoint 27, 162, 2. Do not kill Enmity of Naar'Yona until everyone in the group has received the update.
