What does this information mean?
The Bloody Tooth goblins like to keep a full stock of healing brews, but it seems they're running low at the moment. I offered to help refill their supplies.

The recipe for this quest can only be crafted at a Goblin Firepit in the area. One is found at ( 132, -164, -768 ) , near Glibnox.

Because these must be crafted in Twark, and the required materials cannot be harvested in Obulus Frontier, bring the following (minimum) supplies:
- 4 Slug Slime (gathered for the quest from the Tame Slugs in the region)
- 12 Abyssal angler
- 12 Umbral trout
- 20 Thaumic Coal
