This zone is laid out the exact same as a Qeynos tradeskill instance. The instance contains a large number of heroics. Try to bring some friends (nothing gives faction hits, so either faction will work).
You need to find 4 things: - the recipe is in the area where the workbenches are. - temper is where the forges are. - alchemical temper is in with the chemistry tables.
Gather the recipe, and temper.. then click on the alchemical temper to finish.

Recipe is where the engraving desks are, not the work benches..
it's a flittering paper sitting on a bench..
and yes, the temper is where the forges are, it's on one of the shelves that hold the blue bottles.... first forge on the right as you walk through the door, there is a shelf with blue bottles on it, the temper is there...
