- (Must return to Ki'onnaz located near where Ph'utha was to get another quest to be granted the language itself. May not be possible if you have not completed the signature line steps to be able to see the runes.)
Special Notes
You must complete the Blood of Luclin Signature Quest through Shattered Dawn: Burn the Midnight Oil or you won't be able to see or loot any of these runes. However, if another character is able to see the runes (one who hasn't completed it but meets the requirements), then they can harvest it and you can loot it. Note that the locations are to give a hint, actual shiny can be around those locations. WARNING: you won't be able to see the shiny ? collection spot for these once you collect them. If a friend is helping by tracking ?'s, they won't be able to see them at all or track them if they have already collected that rune.
