Abysmal Sea Rune: Noxious Rending This item can be sold to certain NPCs for status. Selling it also earns guild status if your guild is below level 100. Status bonuses granted by the server are not included on items sold to merchants. LORE,  NO-TRADE,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: Noxious Rending Item Type Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged Slot Type Red Adornment Slot Level 125 (Tier 13) Effects: When Equipped: On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 25% chance to cast Noxious Rending on target of spell. Lasts for 8.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Increases noxious damage done to target by 3%. Inflicts 1,091 disease damage on target encounter instantly and every second. Inflicts an additional 64 disease damage on target encounter every tick. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 8.0 seconds.
