Abysmal Sea Rune: Anguish This item can be sold to certain NPCs for status. Selling it also earns guild status if your guild is below level 100. Status bonuses granted by the server are not included on items sold to merchants. LORE,  NO-TRADE,  NO-VALUE Adds the following to an item: Anguish Item Type Primary,  Secondary,  Ranged Slot Type Red Adornment Slot Level 125 (Tier 13) Effects: When Equipped: On a hostile ability cast this spell has a 25% chance to cast Anguish on target of spell. Lasts for 8.0 seconds. This effect normalizes based off of a three second triggering event. Increases all damage done to target encounter by 0.9%. Inflicts 1,316 mental damage on target encounter instantly and every second. Cannot be modified except by direct means This effect can only trigger once every 4.0 - 8.0 seconds.
