What does this information mean?
This solo quest is a subquest of A Crusade to Faydwer in the Swords of Destiny Timeline. It is one of three sub-quests that are actually listed in the Felwithe section of your quest journal.
Prerequisites[]
You must be working on A Crusade to Faydwer in order to start this quest.
Steps[]
- Quench the thirst of Devotion:
- Pick up a living flow urn, empty. There are up to 8 of them at any given time in the alcove at ( -224, 37, -707 ) . There is also another set of them at ( -224, 37, -1000 ) If there are none, wait a few minutes and they will re-pop. They are LORE so you can only get them one at a time. There is a five minute wait between picking up multiple urns.
- Note: the living flow urn, empty are LORE, but the living flow urn, filled are NOT LORE so you can keep filling till have all 8 ones you need, before you fill the Urn of Devotion and the Urn of Purity.
- Inspect the empty urn in your inventory to start a sub-quest, The Capture of the Living Flow.
- Jump off the levy and kill water spirits (level 54^) for 3 uncommon updates. This will complete The Capture of the Living Flow and award you with a living flow urn, filled.
- Repeat the above 3 steps until you have 4 living flow urn, filled for the Urn of Devotion.
- Take the filled urns and dump them into the Urn of Devotion located at ( -126, 41, -780 ) by right-clicking on the Urn of Devotion. You have to jump down to the the lower level of the structure from the entrance bridge.
- Pick up a living flow urn, empty. There are up to 8 of them at any given time in the alcove at ( -224, 37, -707 ) . - Quench the thirst of Purity:
- Get another living flow urns, filled, just as you did above.
- Repeat the steps until you have 4 living flow urn, filled for the Urn of Purity.
- Take the filled urn and dump it into the Urn of Purity located at ( -130, 40, -955 ) by right-clicking on the Urn of Purity. You have to jump down to the the lower level of the structure from the entrance bridge.
- Return to the underwater chest and collect the reward
NOTE: A vase that pours water is a ewer. An urn is normally a decorative vase or container. The items, however, are called urns in-game except in ONE piece of the quest text, where it says ewer. We will call them urns here until such time as SOE changes it one way or the other.
If you destroy the living flow urn (empty) the game might prevent you from picking up another urn, do not worry. Wait a few minutes and you can pick up another.
