The Tears grifters provide a series of quests which are repeatable solo missions that scale to your level (from level 45 to 60). The missions take place within small instances around Maj'Dul called A Maj'Dul Residence. It is random as to which mission you are offered. The reward is experience and faction tokens of your choice.
You can only do 2 of these quests a day (real time day or Norrathian day - to be confirmed italicfurther).
