What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Complete the following in the Ruins of Verelisk ( 1919, 39, 267 ) Copy/waypoint 1918.52, 39.42, 267.43. The Meta-Siphon can only work after they have been reduced to 25% or less health:
   • Use the Meta-Siphon on 5 fleshless guards, rotting sathirian guards or Shadow Lord attendants.
   • Use the Meta-Siphon on 5 slain historians ( 2056, 75, 160 ) Copy/waypoint 2055.95, 74.83, 160.39
   • Use the Meta-Siphon on 5 rotting sathirian priests
   • "A Slain Devout" works also for priests. **Note- These did not work for me on this Quest on 1-5-10.
2. Return to Meileimeileemtem Jeliimtieoileom.

Rewards

• At least 10s 18c
• One of the following, depending on class:
  • Parishioner's Spirit Shard (Defiler, Fury, Mystic, Paladin, Shadowknight, Warden, Inquisitor)
  • Scholar's Spirit Shard (Defiler, Fury, Illusionist, Mystic, Paladin, Shadowknight, Warden, Inquisitor)
  • Soldier's Spirit Shard (Brigand, Bruiser, Paladin, Ranger, Shadowknight, Swashbuckler)

Notes

You must use the Meta-Siphon when the target is at or below 25% health. This makes this an interesting quest when the smallest damage you can do is more than their health... High level players just swap out a couple spells for some low level ones.
