It would seem that you need to have "removed" all the assistants' names from Ishaq log book (next to him).(faction approx. 15K ([confirmed you can get quest with 14,300 faction])(also confirmed, only 2 names removed from the book, 14,400 faction). Ishaq has informed you that Ghalib Elbaz of The Fell Blade has asked for your assistance with a vermin problem once again.
Return to Captain Ghalib Elbaz ( 1944, -299, 3387 ) Copy/waypoint 1943.51, -298.99, 3387.41 within the center areas of Paineel.
