Relive the tale by working through The Hedge Hollow and killing Altius Volfban.
The steps in this quest are identical to A Nightmarish Illness; however you can also hail the gnome in the maze to get the Train to Zone! quest and, provided you've completed other requisite NoTD quests, you can locate and loot A Gleaming Chest in the maze.
IMPORTANT: If you zone out before killing the last werewolf, Altius, you'll have to start over upon reentry.
Note: If you are doing doing this for A lost necklace, you need to loot Altius's body and then right-click on the statue to be placed closer to the chest, rather than at the start of the maze.
